ASA is the worst airline I have ever flown, and the reason I avoid Delta when possible. I'd rather drive 3 hours to my final detination than take ASA to the airport 10 mins from my destination. I have written a letter in the past, received no apology or explanation. I would defintely write, but I was not treated as if DL even cared.
