My problems with ASA are only in Atlanta, although the ATL problems causes system wide delays. I find that ASA Gainesville are some of the nicest people in the ariline industry. ATL ASA people are so bad any good done by GNV is thrown in the bin (never have I met such rude and stupid people as at Atlanta pier C ASA), and operations must have all failed high school.
