I have to say that ASA's service to me over all has been very good except for in ATL> as to where they have always been very rude. I frequently fly out of ABY and have to go through ATL to get any where and some of ASA's rates are extremely high..recently on a trip back from IAH to ATL to ABY which is scheduled to take an hour but on the norm takes 30 minutes at the most with the jet a passenger ahead of me went to buy a rount trip ticket from ATL to ABY and was charged $385.00 bucks......can you beleive that? The customer fell back on me and asked again if that was the right price and was told yes and he had to pay it, and I thought that was a rip off, Now checking todays prices on the same 30 minute, 146 air mile flight is some $782.00!!!!!!!!! What is Delta & ASA trying to do the the business man who flies for a living or muchless one who ocassionally flies.....and ABY has about 6 flights daily to and from Atlanta......maybe one day some other airline will come to ABY and I can assure you I'll be flying on them then.....
any replies.....
