I would definitely write that letter, but I'd make sure you included facts, names, incidents, etc. instead of generalities.

I've noticed that COMAIR has changed dramtically too, over the last 3 or 4 years. I'm one of the nicest guys in the world, and find that no matter what I say or do, they treat me and other passengers incredibly rudely in the C concourse in CVG.
