So based on that list, the only way to get *A awards is via ANA (and apparently USAir until the end of the year)? Or maybe thru Swiss somehow? Oh, yeah, if you get very lucky, a SQ flight through Delta.

And there is no way to get an AA award?

Really not so hot.
