I've read all the posts I could find on E+ upsells and I think $79 is the highest domestic price I've seen. If this is true I think I'll take it, if offered, for the extra leg room. There seem to be quite a few empty seats on E+ right now (763). Don't want to buy the $299 special as this 'might' be my only trip in the next 12 months.

Would my BEST chance of an upsell offer (flying on an award ticket w/ no status) be with online check-in at home 24 hrs out or at the airport kiosk?
