100K is also 4 free nights at a Cat 2 (the old Cat 1) hotel, probably worth $100/night or even more. But that depends on wanting to stay at Radissons, etc., which is why I use the airline conversion as my baseline, particularly since Radisson seems to be shedding properties in FL (at least all the ones I used last time and wanted to use again).

Hotel nights are a better deal, in the same way you don't often get a better deal from the airlines than when you redeem for flights .
