I just arrived with Mrs martinplas on Co72 HNL to IAH and here is the data
1) paid 2800.00 each for D class Buisnessfirst tickets
2) Meal at departure was a warn nut which was stale, bowl of soup, and a warm turkey/cheese sandwhich with some small portion of potatoe salad and a small portion of mustard and one slice of dill pickle. Dessert cart followed with their sundays and liquer
3) breakfast was eggs, bacon sausage or cereal with coffee, tea service.
It definatly had no menu,no choice on entree, no amenitie kit and a very scaled back expieience.
I did enquire at the concierge at the PC in Hawaii prior to departure, as I had heard about this on this FT borard and CO 2 which departs at 7PM ish one hour earlier is a full meal service in BF ,not a snack. 830 PM is there cutoff time for meal service ,then it goes to snack ( translate junk) service.
I will add that the lack of all the food service courses did add some time to be able to sleep more on the overnight
If you want a more BF like expierience and not just a cushy seat ,them IMJ you should book CO 2
