I flew DXB-LGW in 'J' Class on EK011 (dep 0245hrs), connecting in LGW with CO19 in 'Z' Class for LGW-EWR.

To answer your question, raybolt, the two segments were indeed booked on one ticket.

You're correct, rkkwan, Continental's web-site currently shows EK011 (dep 0245hrs) also operating as CO9891 - the basis of my argument with Continental.

Interesting to note, PhlyingRPh, that you appear to have had exactly the same problem as me.

So long as I'm not offending anyone or breaking any copyright law by doing so, I'd like to print these posts and send them with a further follow-up letter to CO. I really need these EQMs to retain Elite status for 2006!
