Use miles to get to IST or CAI (or a few others) and buy a business class, 5 or 6 continent RTW ticket, should get you very, very close. Less than $10,000. You could also fly out of CMB-- to all sorts of places, dozens of other options using cheap D/J/A fares out of places like CAI, CMB, etc.
