I have a friend that got some problems in ACA last year with travelocity. Booked a cheap rate, 50$, and when he got at the hotel they said they never received it and would not accept the printed itinerary from travelocity. However, they would be happy to provide him a room at 140$. He contacted travelocity twice but all he got was "We are reviewing your complaint and will come back to you..."
