I recently flew CVG-DIA next to a couple that had been delayed a day and rebooked due to problems with an AF flight originating in CDG. They said that AF customer service was uninformative and unhelpful during their ordeal. They confided that they had conveyed this to Delta and were told that "a new manager was being dispatchedt from Atlanta" due to service issues customers have been having with AF codeshares. Otherwise, they thoroughly enjoyed their stay in France.
