You can register missing SAS flights online on the SAS webpage, the only thing you need (as far as I remember) is the ticket number.

If you don't have the ticket number you can get it by using checkmytrip.com where you just type your name and booking reference, otherwise I'm sure you can just call the travel agent to get it.
