claiming missing points
Was in paid C ARN - CPH - BJS on Nov 15th. My return flight is next week, and i was checking for alternate return dates and noticed my points from the 15th flight have not registered.
I have performed a futile search of my hotel room, but not found the boarding card..... I do have the "Baggage identification tag" still, so i can at least prove my bags earned the 10k+ points.....
This was an e-ticket, booked by a travel agent on the sabre system....
Given the details, any idea if a claim for missing points based on what i can provide will work? I have a sinking feeling here.
