It was a strange email from them .... basically an automated response they send to anyone requesting a car! Even though they knew which flight, airline and terminal I was using, it still said 'if you fly into T1 go here, if fly into T2 go there'. Not as professional as I would have expected.
Just to contrast - I got quoted $48 for a one-way transfer (7-series BMW) by the Oriental; the email was hand-written. I guess my extra $1 went on a bit more keyboard time in the reservations department!
