Yes, something akin to that, but I think BW is generally a step above HoJos even in the same areas. The BWs in Europe are often (and thankfully) nothing like the BWs I see in the US. Actually even the Choice Hotels brands are generally better in Europe than in the US. HoJos in Latin America, however, don't exactly rise to the level of the better BWs in Latin America or Europe. (And there are some awful BWs in Latin America too.)
