I just flew to Manila again the other day, and the agent told me that the w30,000 ($30.00) offer is only for the extra person coming into the Asiana (ICN) Lounge with a :-: Alliance Gold member.
he ha hee he... i said "gold member"... he he he yeah... yeah....

I do know that you can pay for access into some United RCC's, but it's like $50.00, and most of them suck....
