Yes, the noodle bar is good, really worth a try.

Or, if you want a real meal, you can always exit the sterile zone, go to a restaurant in the airport (there are a number of decent choices) and then head back in. The passport control isn't really a hassle and the lines shouldn't be long, so if noodle is not your thing, you can try that. The other food options in the sterile zone isn't so great IMO.

And of course, you can shop till you drop with the many high end fashion stores there.
