You find that out on nights like last night when it was raining quite a bit in ATL and air traffic control was giving inbound flights (including mine from ORD) 90-minute holds because they had to space the takeoffs and landings farther apart. Smaller airports may get the weather, but they don't get the weather compounding pre-existing congestion like ATL does.
