we are trying to book a multi leg trip, possibly a partner award, or a oneworld redemption. i know date changes aren't possible on oneworld award bookings, are they on partner (ie QF+AA, or QF+BA etc)?

is there a penalty for date changes, and can you change it more than once?

given that the trip will start 1st week dec 2006 and finish maybe mid feb 2007, i may have to wait until feb 2006 to book it.

has anyone had success around the 300 day mark - or is it case of book it 355ish days ahead or chance it and deal with very limited availability?
