I've said it before and I'll say it again - a sloppy crew totally ruins the Club Europe experience. However your return sounds like text book stuff, although do always ask for a plastic cup so you can sip Champagne to the gate like in the good old days on Delta ( ).

I can spot a sloppy crew a mile off now, I seem to have done so many. Usually their enthusiasm to hang your jacket can be an indicator. In that case, if you don't get drinks etc when you want, don't hold back - bong the bell!
