Is it only the first outbound flight that has to be booked no earlier than 353 days before, or is it all the flights in the itinerary? (award flights)
Qantas states on that:
Award Flights must be booked between 353 days and 24 hours before the scheduled departure
so i assume it is only the first flight?
also, are you able to book one or two legs of a multi reward redemption, leaving the others to be booked later?
