I picked up a form at ABQ on Friday afternoon. They had them folded to fit into envelopes and in a stack that said, "Please take one!"

There is a line at the bottom that reads something like, "Portions of this form are SSI" or something to that effect. The only justification I could see for them saying that would be that if you fill it out, you could supply info about the screening process they consider SSI... but since anyone can see that with their own two eyes, how is is truly SSI?!

I saved the form so I can make some copies I do plan to complement the ABQ and BUR TSA, but I'm sure I'll need to complain about the IAD one over the next few weeks.
