There are several Outletstores near Düsseldorf. I tried to get some information about them on the web, but failed.

Esprit Outlet

The store is in Ratingen, a suburb of Düsseldorf. It gets very crowded, and the earlier you arrive the better. If you are later than 10.30 on a Saturday you have to queue to enter. The collection of men / Women / Kids is available. It is former collection, the most items are 1 A quality, very few 1 B quality (but depending)

Diesel Jeans
They offer Diesel Jeans and also Replay. It is depending on the situation. They also have as far as I know a shop in Cologne and in Duisburg. I know the shop in Duisburg; they offer former collection and some pieces of collection two (or more) years ago,

There are other shop in Neuss, Mönchengladbach (Mexx, Cinque) and Neukirchen-Vluyn. If you are near an airport, you should visit Ringeltaube Shops. It is a shop off LH Sky Chefs, where they offer clothes, food, wines, etc. for persons who have a relationship to the airport business in any way.
