That's right - passengers in Y, B and H get space available upgrades. I've only had one flight recently without the upgrade, and I was on a cheapo ticket.

BA have a small shareholding in Comair, which is a franchise rather than a subsidiary, and most of us reckon that Comair Club is superior to BA CE, even when CE has catering. In fact, Comair Y is not at all bad, with good catering and good space, so not too bad if the u-g doesn't come through!
