Not always.. not exactly a UA scheme, but when I flew Virgin Atlantic I would only get 50% RDMs with virgin's program, but since I choose my CO account I got credited 100% RDMs/EQMs, so I think the partner dosen't always follow the airline's programs' accrual rules.
