What I do know is that even though I live at a UAL hub, they will not get my repeat business. Sometimes businesses conduct themselves in a way that they create customers who not only never choose them again, but tell all their friends why. I have taken inconvenient connections to avoid them, and have only flown them when it was clearly in the best interest of my employer or customer. I hope Delta does well, because even though I believe their product is inferior in certain ways, when it comes to what matters, customer service, they are way up there.
