Forgive me for asking but what is wrong at being a newbie? I am assuming that you are concerned with making a fool of yourself in some way. If so, believe me you don't have to be a newbie to do that. There are many NCW flights I have taken and the majority of people who manage to make an Ar$e of themselves seem very seasoned travellers with delusions of grandeur and an overtone of 'do you know who I am' about them.

Enjoy your NCW experience, you are paying for the priviledge, ask the helpful crew about something if you don't know the answer, they're there to aid you more than stuffy FF's. Just don't kick my legs off my foot stool when you step over them, shout garcon when you want a drink or go bolloŁk naked when you settle down to sleep!
