You're looking for more than 2 seats on the same non-stop flights? I've booked 11 months out on some popular routes in the past (like the 4 award tickets I got to the Olympics in Athens, and several Australia trips). As I said earlier, Madrid is always going to be a challenge, if that is your destination, because AA has limited service in there. It wouldn't surprise me if some do book 330 days ahead on that route because of that limited availability, and the seats go fast.
