It basically looks like an updated, 10MP version of the D100 (I think that is the older model). Those new Canon lenses look pretty interesting also. Interested in hearing more, thanks again.
I did this very comparison when I bought my D70s. I'd advise you to price your "system", i.e., body + 1st 3 lenses + flash. That exercise put the Canon out of my reach.
