Why not come on over to the club that sometimes won't let you in even if you are a member AND traveling on an int'l business class ticket (LHR on a busy day)?

IMHO, you've been skating by on the good graces of Delta since you don't fly them. And rather than thanking them for years of looking the other way, you're mad because they enforced the rule for once.

That's like driving 90 mph for two years, then getting mad because you finally get a ticket.

Now if you want to lobby to have the speed limit raised to 90 mph, I say go for it. But when you get in the car and get on the highway, you agree to abide by the rules of the road and to suffer the penalty for failing to do so...
