I suggest you do not write your letter on Million Miler (MM) stationary if you are one and have same. About 3-4 years ago I wrote a letter on MM stationary stating my displeasure re (1) the CRC room usage as you stated and (2) the refusal to be allowed upgrades on "L" (ie lowest priced) fares. At the time I was, and had been, a PLAT or the highest possible Delta elite level for many years.

I sent copies to the Delta prez and the local Delta marketing office. I never received a call or written reply from either. So they lost my $30+k/yr business, most of my employees business and when my CRC membership expired, I did not renew it nor would I pay for my employees CRC dues from then on.

Hopefully you will have better success story than I did. I voted with my feet and my wallet, and changed to a nice progressive airline who permits both (1) and (2). Also bought a lifetime membership in their Presidents Club.
