Yes, I've had the lobster roll at Yankee Pier at SFO. It's delicious as are their crab cakes. The food in the food court/domestic terminal SFO offers great choices and reasonable prices. Perry's in the Delta terminal/SFO very good. Great choices in the int'l terminal at SFO too!
I've also had good experiences at Cinncinnati airport and Boston International Terminal.
