The thread jfe linked to is great, but misses a few of the major rewards-points players.

Try http://www.memolink.com and http://www.freeride.com. There is also http://www.netflip.com, which is similar but nowhere near as robust (and does not include points for free things like surveys, website visits, trivia, etc.).
