I don't blame DL if they want to get rid of the L10's they are gas guzzlers but I love them. As for the 67's no matter what series they are too small in width and height for any long-haul! I've been on the 777 and I have no complaints but those were BA's.As for the 57's to me they are new 727's with 2 engines! you can keep them, and many an airline are using them on long-hauls,its ok for a flight up to 2 1/2 hrs TOPS. But TW,AA,UA,DL are using them the way they used to use wide-bodies, yes the 67 is better than the 57 but if I'm heading over either ocean it better be a 47 or the A340.
