Good to hear that all is not bad. Today we have had Steve Fenton telling sunshine stories, and then we get to know that someone found an award, and was able to book it.

It isn't surprising that FB is improving. Experience is always a good thing, and as time goes by FB staff will be better at knowing their own systems and rules and regulations too...
