Had a GA add PNR notes to my record after I rerouted due to irregular ops at ORD last Tuesday. I'm hoping to get original mileage credit.

Miles posted today, so I called MP and the agent said he could not access PNR notes: only UA res could see them.

So I guess it doesn't help to have it documented that you rerouted due to irregular ops?
