Has anyone else had this problem at this hotel, and in your experience is it related to the room location? Or are all of the rooms indeed noisy on a windy night?
I live above the RC in Chicago (64th floor) and when it's windy, my place creeks like crazy. It's the built-in sway factor. Bothered me at first, but now very used to it, but when I have guests over, they really notice it.
