Option 3 might be to wait 30 minutes so they can sleep more. Option 4 would be to hold as long as possible without wetting your pants.

Being considerate is a dying breed. Some people would not only wake the 2 men but jar all 3 seats in front of them, knock some head walking to the lav, then slamming the door.
