I must confess it never occurred to me to ask. I assumed that if it wasn't out on display, it wasn't available. I was stuck in the mentality that there are two types of lounge: the ones where everything is self-service ^ and the ones where you have to ask an attendant for everything you want
. The LIS Sheraton is in a 3rd, hybrid category.
Anyway, I'm not saying I didn't like the hotel - it's a very good property. My only complaint is that IMHO the Towers level is not worth the extra cost.
