I flew that codeshare last month. I must stress - get to the gate long before you usually do. I arrived 35 minutes before flight time and they were _completing_ the boarding process! The terminal they use is at the end of a train ride. Don't dawdle in the Crown Room if you want to find out if they preboard. So, I can't tell if they extend preboarding to to Delta elites I arrived 'late' by their standards. But know what? It didn't matter that they didn't bow and scrap because I'm a lofty GM (see below).

No Delta personnel were in evidence during the flight - only AF personnel. I found the cabin crew in econ friendlier, more service oriented, the armrests wider and the food better than an on similar overseas Delta flight. I'd love to experience their L'Espace (C+F) service.

On the flip flop (return) there was no elite preboarding on a Delta operated flight but that hardly mattered with the mobile lounges in use at CDG.

Oh and you -must- recheck in at the AF gate even if you have DL boarding passes. They forgot to tell me that at DL.
