To expand a little - does anyone know when AF miles start counting as base miles? Just when is this 'alliance' going to mean something for us frequent flyers - Delta are still engaged with Austrian and Swissair at that level, even though they are ending relationships in other ways. There is a conspicuous lack of information from DL on this point - what is going on?
