Somewhat recently I posted because I was worred about a 55 minute connection window via ORD to NRT. I wasn't so much worried about getting between the gates, as not having any cushion for delays, etc.

Anyways, I called UA to ask them why they had booked it that way and they told me that the official minimum time for connections at ORD is something crazy like 25 minutes.
