Once again, GB is right on the money... it's the staple Deutz Classic Brut....

CX also serves Deutz on this route in F, but it is the Cuvee William Vintage 1996.....

I flew this route in F on my birthday last week and got a bottle of the Cuvee William as a souvenir... The kaiseki meal and a birthday cake completed the experience..

If flying in J, I would take the two morning flights, CX 504 and/or the CX 450 one stop flight (in TPE) to get the new long haul seats......sometimes the 520 also has new seats when they use a 333....

Rule of thumb is if they offer a F service on the flight, it will be new business class (long haul seats).....it's still highly unpredictable with the new regional business class seats.....
