I too got a letter, and wrote back outlining things, including lots of travel planned... I got another back saying they would look into it... then nothing to a subsequent follow up email I sent... and then in the midst of my latest big trip, I am handed a 'sapphire' on my CX boarding card...
Must say, quite disappointed, and perhaps regretting moving my previous CX pts to QF... now for nothing...

Anyone have luck trying to get back 'up' to platinum by writing? To whom? Any suggestions on how to word things??
