It's funny you mention the buses - last week I drive up and the parking lot is a ghost town. As I check in, a lady walks to the front desk and complains about not being able to reach room service because the phone just kept ringing and no one answered. The genuis at the front desk tells her 'sorry ma'am, we're really busy tonight'. Of course this lady had also checked in that same day and realized it was almost empty. She just said 'With what!?!?' in this snappy manner.
