I am going to second James comments. I've been holding off on posting on Biz Elite service and quality, versus another carrier in the same class of service (c or j, or whatever they are calling it now). I have had 3 business elite flights, including the 777 CVG-LGW, and 767-300, and MD-11. Of all the planes, the 777 or MD-11 are the only way to go if flying BizElite. But I must say flying more than 12 First Class Transatlantic flights on the MD-11 have me spoiled, and left disappointed by the loss of that class. Granted, the first class seats on Delta aren't the lay flat sleeper seats we are starting to see on some aircraft, but they were much better than BizElite seats today. And even the video units moving map display provided more information during flights!!!(Plus, it was accurate). If flying first to ZRH, I would go Swiss Air, no question. I'm also going to start a business elite thread. I'd like to hear other comments.
