How's the class action suit coming? I haven't read all the posts here, but I know that my reservations where cancelled and that my charges were reversed. I have not received any communication from Expedia by email/fax/phone/letter/carrier pigeon/smoke signals/etc. as to why my reservation was cancelled... which seem doesn't seem like very courteous service to me.
Does this mean if I accidentally book something at too high a rate next time when using Expedia that I, too, can unilaterally reverse the charges without any ill consequences?
