I’m afraid the subject of how to get to Shinjuku from NRT has been covered many times before in this forum. There is a search facility on the right of the page, just enter train Shinjuku and NRT as keywords and you’ll find lots of information.

I also advise to not, under any circumstances, get a taxi from the airport to the hotel. You will lose all your spending money in one go if you do.

Consider getting the Kodansha bilingual map of Tokyo – you can get it from Amazon. No need to worry about getting lost in Tokyo with this.
