I think the 2005 letter was renamed the "We're going to comp you back to SG/WP for free anyway because we know you wouldnt stay with such a crappy program now that we've ruined it to make a few bucks extra but what the heck your $xxK/year is worth the cost of these 23 cent cards anyway....heres some more free stuff now give us money plz k thx bye" letter.

Definately express your anger with the changes however taking your wallet elsewhere will ultimately truely show them you need to be treated seriously.

We're all customers and should ALWAYS be treated just as that.
